Party Invitation | How to write it in formal

A party invitation is really the first part in having the event that you are preparing. It gives people the first idea of what is happening in your event in addition, giving them the details that are necessary of the things that are coming. 3. Never use abbreviations for the people that you are sending the invitation to. Always use their full names because this is a sign of respect for the invitees. But an there is an exception for titles such as of “Mr.”, “Ms.”, or “Dr.”

4. When ever you need to send an invite to couples that are both having the same profession, such as doctors, you can utilize Doctors for both of them.

5. Remember that dates, dates, times of the party are should always be spelled out.

6. If you need to add in the invitation that children should not be included or you are only to use formal wear (Black tie), disregard. Proper etiquette says that events after six are assumed a formal event. But if you need to keep them reminded, a foot note of “Black tie” can be done in the party invitation.
